The Quote Form Is the Website. Lessons From a Florida B2B Build
How I rebuilt the quote path for Furniture Packages USA, a Florida B2B furniture supplier. Why the form matters more than the homepage, and what changed.
A buyer is furnishing a building. Apartments, a hotel, vacation rentals around Kissimmee. They need a lot of furniture, fast, and they need a price.
They find your site. They look for a way to ask for a quote.
If that path is hard, they leave. You never see the job.
The problem
That's the problem I was solving with Furniture Packages USA. Good company, real inventory, real buyers. A lot of B2B sites send every buyer through one generic form. A property manager with 40 units and a homeowner with one room get the same questions.
Leads come in thin. Someone has to call back just to figure out what the person wanted.
What I changed
- Buyer-specific quote journeys. Different buyers get the questions you'd actually ask them on the phone.
- One shared place for leads. Every request lands in the same system with what was asked, so nobody's digging through inboxes.
- Fast pages. Built on Astro so the pages load quick, even on a phone in a parking lot.
- Pages that match how people search. Real service pages for what they actually sell, written the way buyers describe it.
What happened
The portfolio reports 210% organic traffic growth. More important to me, the leads got better. One request through the new path was for 64 units. That's the kind of job that used to slip through a bad form.
I won't promise those numbers for every business. Every market is different. But the pattern holds: make it easy for the right buyer to tell you what they need.

- Can a buyer attach a file or a list?
- Do you ask the questions you'd ask on the phone?
- Does the request go somewhere your team actually looks?
- Can you do all of it on a phone?
If any of those are a no, that's where I'd start. Not the logo. Not the homepage hero.
I also run a small client studio, Nexrena, for local businesses that need this kind of work. Or just email me and tell me what your form looks like. Happy to walk through it.
